Small, careful things for the open web.

I'm Keshav. I work on open-source software where privacy, payments, and local-first tools meet. I build small projects of my own, contribute to bigger ones I use, and try to leave things a little sturdier than I found them.

Open source work
RoboSats A peer-to-peer Bitcoin exchange that runs over Tor. Most of my open source year has lived here. The piece I'm proudest of is an end-to-end encrypted image flow in the trade chat, so people can send payment screenshots without the server ever seeing them. Joplin The open source notes app I actually use. A handful of merged PRs across the rich-text editor and mobile sync, and a Google Summer of Code spot this summer working on local-first encryption. Minibits An ecash wallet for mobile that lets you hold and spend small amounts of bitcoin. A quiet fix from me that stops it from crashing on certain payment requests.

What I'm doing

Projects
tool · 2026

Stashu

A small marketplace for selling digital files. No account, no KYC, no middleman touching the file. Encrypted in your browser before upload, with Verified Peek previews and Cashu ecash payments.

toolkit · 2026

TXRay

A small toolkit for poking at Bitcoin transactions. Read what's inside one without running a full node, build a transaction and inspect it before signing, or run heuristics to see what your wallet might be giving away.

prototype · 2025

MessDetect

A small computer-vision project I built to watch the mess-hall queue and count heads in real time, so students could check the wait before walking down. The model worked. Getting actual camera access in the hall did not.

identity + site · 2024

Anant

The math society at NIT Kurukshetra. I designed the visual identity and led the UI and frontend work for the site. I'm currently Executive Head of Tech.
